When we began working with Property Damage Appraisers (PDA), the objectives were clear – reposition the company for future growth and dominate the appraisal market. Mission accomplished. After establishing a new market position and brand promise, we executed a communications strategy that surrounded the audience with PDA messaging through trade advertising, Search Engine Optimization, online video, sales support tools, public relations coverage, email marketing, social media and a new website. In the rst year alone, we delivered results in spades.

Our PR work generated more than 1,000 pieces of press coverage, including 216 feature articles, on the company. Our advertising programs delivered nearly 1,000,000 impressions and led to more than 20,000 sales-related actions on PDA’s website. The company’s LinkedIn followers grew by 525%, and email programs drove more than 1,700 visits to pages about new products on PDA’s website. And speaking of the website, we helped PDA set all-time highs in traf c and conversions. So far, in our two-year relationship, PDA has enjoyed double-digit, year-over-year revenue growth.
