PDA Partners with MCC to Enhance the Perception of the Appraisal Industry Leader
DALLAS – Dec. 18, 2014
The appraisal industry has undergone significant changes in recent years. As the industry continues to evolve Property Damage Appraisers (PDA) selected the integrated marketing communications firm MCC as its agency of record to penetrate new markets like heavy equipment and property as well as grow existing auto markets through the use of its Web-based appraisal tool, PDA Xpress.
“MCC has an innate understanding of how to tie marketing objectives into achieving business objectives,” said Tom Dolfay, CEO of PDA. “This ability will allow us to have an integrated marketing program that not only repositions PDA for the future, but drives revenue.”
The Dallas-based agency will take the Fort Worth-based damage appraising company through a brand development process as well as implement a comprehensive, integrated marketing communications program.
Offering services such as PDA Xpress, where adjusters can offer their claim filers a Web-based application which can simply take photos of damage and send them in to be reviewed; having a nation-wide network of appraisers; and being one of the only companies to offer heavy equipment appraisals distinguishes PDA from its competitors. These services result in increased efficiency, decreased cycle time and satisfied customers.
“It’s funny, the public rarely thinks, or even knows, about these behind-the-scenes jobs like damage appraising that affect their every-day lives; however, that’s our specialty,” said Mike Crawford, president and founder of MCC. “We can’t wait to start digging further into PDA’s background and finding unique ways to market this B2B client.”
