DALLAS – June 3, 2016

With a renewed commitment to its mantra of living the unexpected, MCC – the Dallas-based integrated marketing agency – announced that starting today MCCers will depart the office at 3:30 p.m. each Friday through August.

 

The idea behind this initiative came through the agency’s mantra by surprising and delighting M/C/Cers with a simple way to show appreciation for the hard work the agency has accomplished thus far in 2016.

“The leadership team aims to continue to show appreciation through compensation, benefits and job responsibilities,” said Jim Terry, senior vice president of account services at MCC. “But, we also aspire to express that we care about them as humans, to show that they are truly more than just a paycheck.”

“The question we always ask ourselves and our clients is – what will we gain from this experience?” said Mike Crawford, president of MCC. “We think we will gain happier employees who know their value to the agency. What’s a better way to show that value than starting the weekend early during the summer?”
