For this more senior position, you'll need a master’s degree in a related marketing field and 2 - 4 years of experience in communications. You must love solving problems and using your analytical skills. This position also requires an international perspective as it will interface with corporate divisions of clients that work across global regions and clients with a presence in the Indian sub-continent. A candidate who is from or has lived extensively in a foreign country but has strong English written and verbal skills is preferred.

You will build your digital marketing career while contributing daily to the success of the agency clients by:

  • Acting as strategic counsel to client for recommendations on audience targeting and marketing channel usage
  • Analyzing performance data for trends, goal completion and issues
  • Providing monthly and quarterly performance reporting and insight on results
  • Optimizing content and placements to improve performance
  • Making recommendations for improved performance
  • Managing client digital paid media programs
  • Coordinating materials for booked placements
  • Being responsible for implementation, tagging via third-party ad tags and trafficking content to third-party sites and within programmatic platforms
  • Coordinating international needs across regions for media placements


Master's degree

2 -4 years experience in communications

Ability to work across global regions, especially the Indian sub-continent
