Mod Op Dallas has always operated as a fully integrated marketing communications agency, and our work for Kinetrex Energy is a textbook example of these integrated services. In 2016, Mod Op Dallas became the agency of record for this Indianapolis natural gas provider with two primary business objectives – increasing the client’s brand awareness and positioning Kinetrex Energy as Indiana’s best provider of natural gas products.

We began brand strategy development with a market research study that informed our new, customer-focused messaging. The Kinetrex promise to “Take natural gas wherever it needs to go” became the foundation for all strategic, creative, public relations and media planning work.We rolled out a new website, online videos, local print and online publications, radio spots and online campaigns that cost-effectively pinpointed our audience with retargeting, geotargeting and programmatic targeting. Much of our advertising drove audiences to online calculators that showed customers how much they could save by switching to Kinetrex.

Each of these tactics built upon one another to boost sales potential for Kinetrex. Mod Op Dallas created 8.5 million impressions in just 8 months, increased website traffic 350% and increased active sales prospects by 700%. Talk about filling the pipeline!

And if that weren’t enough, our work helped Kinetrex win a Marketer of the Year Award from the American Marketing Association.
